Carrboro’s building rules make it easier to build mansions than duplexes. Let’s update the Land Use Ordinance and fund social housing so that everyone can be at home here.

Neighbors don’t let neighbors get evicted or go unhoused. Let’s support our neighbors and build a community that cares for everyone.
Climate Resilience
Carrboro must shrink its carbon and stormwater footprints. Let’s build a town we can get around without cars, with greenways and transit service to connect walkable neighborhoods with safe streets.
